Will you tell our MSP what you find?
We report to you, and only you. That independence is the entire value - we have no products to sell, no contract to protect, and no relationship with your provider to manage.
What does an independent IT review actually cover?
Provider performance, security posture, backup integrity, licensing and spend, and architecture - a plain-English answer to 'is our IT set up safely, and are we paying the right amount for it?'
Do you sell hardware or licences?
No. Nothing to resell is the point - recommendations are based on what you need, because there's no margin steering them.
