RTCS is below the AUD $100 million revenue threshold for mandatory reporting under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). We make this statement voluntarily, because the values behind that law are ones we hold regardless of whether we are legally required to.
1. Our Commitment
RTCS is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation in our operations or our supply chain.
2. Our Business and Supply Chain
RTCS is a small, Australian-owned cyber security and IT consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia. Our work is delivered by our own team. Our supply chain is limited and consists mainly of Australian and reputable international technology vendors, software and cloud providers, and professional services.
3. Assessing and Managing Risk
Given the nature and small scale of our operations, we assess our modern slavery risk as low. We nonetheless take reasonable steps to understand the risk, including:
- Favouring suppliers and partners with their own credible modern slavery and ethical sourcing commitments
- Paying our people and any contractors fairly and on time
- Raising concerns with suppliers where we identify a potential issue
- Reviewing this position as our business grows
4. Reporting Concerns
If you believe modern slavery may be connected to our business or supply chain, please contact us in confidence at legal@rtcs.au. We take all such reports seriously.
5. Review
We review this statement periodically and will update it as our operations, supply chain, and obligations evolve.
